Focus Area: Select a department, company, or industry to ensure relevance and practicality.
Key Tasks: Develop a vision and strategy, ideate and evaluate three AI use cases (one "make" and one "buy"), and prototype a "buy" use case while considering regulations.
Deliverables: Submit a written report (max. 20 pages) supported by Generative AI tools and participate in peer reviews for two other projects.

Tristan Post
Tristan Post is the Founder of the AI Strategy Institute, Lecturer for AI for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Technical University Munich—a course that attracts over 1,000 students each term—and a Faculty Member for AI at the Boston Consulting Group. Previously, he built and managed one of Europe's largest startup incubators for AI, worked as an AI Strategist and AI Product Owner, and brings over 8 years of teaching experience in higher education & AI. Since 2019 Tristan is accredited against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning in higher education.
